−You can’t open the windows for fresh air. The roof terrace advertised we couldn’t find.

+La gentilezza del personale e la posizione
−La camera era un po’ démodé anche se spaziosa e pulita ma non particolarmente accogliente

„A smart and very good city centre hotel“
+Location in centre of city was great. Staff were generally very attentive. The accommodation was well decorated and smart. As I have mobility issues, the breakfast staff were very helpful in helping me with the buffet breakfast, but it was very quiet and had it been busier, it may have been different. The accommodation was very clean in all areas. Breakfast selection was very good. Dinner (food and drinks) was very good, but on the expensive side.
−What a shame it was a buffet breakfast - a breakfast cooked to order would have been so much fresher and much better (the poached eggs were freshly cooked to order and excellent). The lighting in the bedroom was far too dim. More details as to how to operate items in the room (i.e. the TV), and shower room (towel rail, the shower etc) would have been useful. Access to the restaurant area involved using the use of a few steps (which was a challenge to me due to mobility issues) and if there was a step free route, it was never pointed out to me.
