„Would stay again“
+great value for money, super convenient location next to the train station, nice cosmetics, nice onsen, good quality alcoholic drinks for free every evening, pillow menu, pyjamas, kind staff, no problem with luggage storage and I appreciate their eco friendly moves with tooth brushes 💚 less so with not refilling the breakfast items towards the end of service to prevent food waste - many nicer meals were unavailable quite early - I feel like having less items in general, those that are actually preferred by the guests would maybe make more sense
−while having a room on the top floor with sea view which was much appreciated, our room was right next to the elevators which made it pretty noisy at night (earplugs did not help, bit you can get them at reception) and please add breakfast coffee and change the breakfast music, it is a constant loop 🙈

+The room had adequate space, was clean and well designed. The breakfast buffet was great and the free drinks from the Kate afternoon to the evening time were a nice bonus.

„Beppu Home“
+The location right next to Beppu station was superb with lots of amenities at doorstep. The hotel was clean and staff made one feel welcomed all the time. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. The evening welcome drinks were a great service with wide variety of choices. The onsen bath was the highlight of the stay.
