+Staff was friendly
−Room was next to the ice machine and both staff and guest laundry. I barely slept because I could hear the washers, dryers, and ice machine all throughout the night.

„For the shabby digs, the price was outrageous“
+The overworked young man at the front desk was helpful
−TERRIBLE value for the money. The room was not clean - at least that’s what I believe when there’s dirt and dust along the baseboards and in corners. There was not a coffee maker in the room as advertised. Supposedly the motel was updated, but everything looked worn. The vending machine was out of water and had only a couple options of snacks.

„A short, much-needed break, friendly staff.“
+It was quiet. The staff were friendly, responsive and accommodating. I found my stay restful, which was what I needed.
−The breakfast could have used more protein options for those of us with diabetes and concerns about too many carbs. Having a few hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator would be a nice, relatively inexpensive accommodation.

„You get what you pay for!“
+Staff was pleasant.
−There was still paint tape hanging in our bathroom from a recent paint job. The curtains were broken and hanging. The A/C never removed humidity from the room, it only blew somewhat cool air. No elevator.
