„I will NEVER have any dealings with this person or place again.“
+Absolutely nothing
−We didn’t even stay. We booked the room for the pool for my daughter’s 12th bday sleep over and right before check in was told the pool is down and guest cannot access it. I explained to him that we live local and again that we only wanted to stay there because of the pool. He became rude and began scolding me and told me he would not cancel. He then hung up and attempted to charge my card 5 times for the full stay amount, called myself and my husband multiple times arguing and irate. Then the following day he tried to book 2 more rooms in my name and charge me for those as well. We ended up having to call corporate to get him to stop. Very odd, frightening behavior considering the circumstances.

„It was okay“
+I think having a jacuzzi tub is the main reason I went with this hotel.
−It was decent but just wasn't as clean as I'd have wanted. There was something kind of splattered on some of the walls, the jacuzzi tub had hairs in it and some stuff on the sides of the tub, I didn't have a remote, someone had stuffed a tissue into the peep hole, etc etc.

„Not clean“
+Location is near interstate, gas stations & restaurants
−It’s not clean & smelled like cigarettes & some type of cleaner had been sprayed in our room that caused me to cough.
