+The aircon in my room is leaking. I complained about this but they didn’t fix it until I checked out. My asthma allergy was triggered due to molds brought by the dirty aircon unit. The staff didn’t take action to move me to another room. But in fairness, the food presentation per my request and the delivery is very good. Kudos to the cook and the staff.

+We have stayed here a few times, the rooms are nice and updated. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bad internet signal in the rooms. Even when you can connect it seems heavily throttled (restricted). The breakfast is fairly good, but mostly a Filipino style breakfast. The pool is nice, not restricted like some places we have stayed. Over all it’s always a positive experience. We will be back.

+Room was ok but several things including the safe, tv, main lights, and shower head were broken. Had to keep calling several times to get front desk to answer phone. Access to the mall on the lower floors was nice but having to wait to take two elevators to go up each time got old. The elevator vented a sewage smell inside that was quite unpleasant. I stayed here during their busiest weekend of the year so that may have contributed to some of my issues.

„Nice place, but maintenance needs bigger budget“
+We got in early and they arranged a room for us within the hour (much appreciated). The room was clean and comfortable. The view... A wall, but that happens. My only complaint is that maintenance needs to improve (or get a bigger budget). The shower head sprayed all over and the spray mount was broken. Still usable, but should have been replaced a long time ago. Still, I would not hesitate to stay there again.
