„We cancelled our stay and moved one exit away“
+Nothing
−We saw the property and cancelled within a few hours of check in. It looked unsafe, vertical external railings were bent/missing and marked with red emergency tape. Lobby had a horrific chemical smell, property very poorly maintained. Empty compared to other adjacent properties even on college move in weekend. Didn’t see the room so cannot comment outside trash overflowing but unsure where the guests were that left the trash. Maybe not emptied for a while.

+Quando cheguei de madrugada ao local, simplesmente me informaram que a reserva do booking não existia. Estava com minha família, mias de meia noite, na rua, sem lugar para ficar. Tive que procurar um hotel a essa hora. Ainda bem que achei.

„Trashy, Nasty Unprofessional Motel. Gross“
+Nothing at all
−Didn’t have our room ready at check in time had to wait an hour (had a concert to get ready for.) Room was dirty, stains on the pillow cases, only one light in the room, was dirty and unprofessional. A lot of illegals out front being creepy towards the young women in our group. Would NOT recommend, trashy hotel, employees do not care about anyway at all

„The worst place for business“
+The location is nice and ducked off.
−The staff is very rude it has roaches and the water doesn't get hot all the time. Getting towels is a bother to everyone that works there. I came in once and someone had pooped in the bathroom and didn't flush and they did switch my room but that was crazy. The doors are not at all safe some of them look like they have ben busted in one to many times. I have been booking here for a long time because its cheap. I remember one night I came in and the lady at the front desk got upset with me for asking if I could pay over the phone. Which I have done more than once before. She got up set yelling at me they don't do that. But I assured her the man from the night before did it she said she was no longer renting to me I asked her where did it said that I couldn't pay over the phone all of a sudden and she grab the phone off the counter as im pointing at a sign on the counter asking where does it say so because we did so just the night before and she tries to through the phone at me and said she's not renting to me to have my mama rent to me. Then I lost it and yelled back and told her may God have mercy on her soul. I tried to rent a room weeks later and the same women took my ID and can
