„Disgusting room, bed bugs everywhere, terrible follow-up service, and still waiting for the refund.“
+The only good thing about our stay was Lisa, who was looking after the hotel after hours. She was very kind and genuinely tried her best to help us, even offering to find another hotel for us. She was the only positive part of this whole experience.
−Absolutely terrible experience. Our room had multiple bed bugs, and we had to change the sheets ourselves at 3am. We have photos of the bed bugs, the room and the bites for reference. We were promised a full refund for the night and the extra fee we paid to check in 1.5 hours early, but we still haven't received an update. The manager, Jayde, said she was looking into it, but we've heard nothing since. Booking.com has also just told us to contact the hotel directly instead of actually helping. It's ridiculous that after such a horrible stay, we now have to chase both the hotel and Booking.com just to get our money back.

−No elevator about 40 stairs to level 2 this hotel would be another level if it had a elevator

„Great value for money“
+Rooms were cosy, comfortable and modern. Nice large smart TV in room and enough storage. Shared bathrooms were modern and very clean. Great location and value for money. Would definitely stay again.
−Would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room to be able to fill the kettle rather than having to take the kettle to shared bathroom. Staff weren’t very warm or accommodating but it didn’t affect our stay.
