+Very pleasant and comfortable stay! The apartments are nice and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the bathrooms are also very large and well-equipped. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great. Alessio was extremely kind and responsive, answering all our questions and helping us with everything we needed. As a helpful tip, it would be a great bonus if they could leave some written instructions or local recommendations, such as favorite restaurants in the area or places to visit. Also, there is a small supermarket conveniently located close to the property. The property has very practical parking with an automatic gate, and it is located just a few minutes from the center of Sperlonga by car. However, it's important to note that it's close to a highway and there are no sidewalks, so walking to the center is complicated and unsafe. Because of this, having a car is highly recommended for this location. Overall, a great stay if you are driving!

„Nice clean place but needs some maintenance“
+The cleaning lady I met on my last day was lovely and very friendly and helpful - added an extra star for her! Aircon in each room was nice, clean bedding and comfy beds.
−the man checking me in wasn't super friendly and wasn't aware of the check-in time that I had agreed with whoever operates the booking.com account. Kettle wasn't usable, bathroom sink plug got stuck in, WiFi kept dropping out and I needed to re-enter the password. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped (only 2 mugs, for example), I stayed at cheaper places in Sperlonga that were better equipped.
