+It’s well appointed and bed is comfortable. Location from train station is excellent and easy walk to waterfront. Staff I saw very nice.
−It’s so loud. Basically like being on the (very busy) street. Ear plugs and white noise machine provided … Was advertised as a loft bed to be fair but be aware it is a genuine ladder climb up which was a bit different.

−Not as advertised. The air conditioning was useless. Communication was non existent.

„Great value and comfortable stay downtown.“
+Comfy and clean. Great value.
−I was slightly concerned about security since my code to the building/elevatoe was the same as my code to my room. Even though that makes it easy, if someone followed me in and paid close enough attention at the door and the elevator, they could get into my room.

„Super expensive though comfortable and complete. Worth it only for proximity to train station“
+proximity to F&B options and train station. the rooms were very clean and well stocked - had all we needed. luggage storage was very limited and fully occupied when we reached in the morning, but staff was super friendly and helped us store our belongings in the spare staff area and brought them to our rooms after they were cleaned and ready for check in.
−the loft bed was a little challenging to get to. we did book the property aware of this from pictures, but experiencing it for ourselves although just for one night was indeed still challenging with the steep stairs and super high mattress to hop on.

„Not really suitable for older couple.“
+Great location in the suburbs but close to the Pier 66.
−Stairs where too steep and bed too high for older couple. Not enough luggage storage lockers.

„Great room but big areas of opportunity“
+Location and room were perfect! Super clean and modern appt in both design and tech for self check in. Also communication is very fast and efficient with staff. I arrived a couple of hours before and they allowed me to enter prior to normal check in and I'm super thankful 🙏🏼♡
−The couch that transforms into bed is very low quality, terribly uncomfortable. I'm glad I only stayed 1 night because my back would've hurt otherwise. Also, in case I wouldn't have been able to access room prior to check in, I would've left my luggage in a storage where everyone has access, which I find dangerous and makes a normal hotel look worth it for the difference in bucks.
