+Good service and cleanliness, very easy to book and use. Great location inside the terminal.
−The pod is very small, not suitable for a taller person. I had booked it for my child who travelled alone and he was fine. However, he mentioned that the mattress is very hard.

„Staff didn’t give me a bathroom card which I paid for and it was an issue“
+The price
−The bathrooms were exposed to the outside and far from the rooms. The fact that it’s a shared bathroom, I didn’t like that it’s an additional cost

+Comfortable
−It was really cold because of the air con. It was not possible to control it

„It was comfortable but the lack of basic hygienic equipment and extra fee for shower gave this experience a bitter taste“
+Very practical solution when you have layover. It was clean, tidy and comfortable.
−What really surprised and upset me was that I needed to pay extra 20 dollars for a shower. Seriously?!!! First of all, it was not specified in an accommodated description, and secondly it’s simply ridiculous. Not even talking about a small towel for face, missing toilet paper in the toilet, refreshing wipes and so on.

„Quiet place to rest but found it uncomfortable to sleep.“
+Airport signage to location was good. Friendly and helpful staff.
−I found the lie flat bed position uncomfortable and hard. A small bottle of water in the room would have been nice.
