„Excellent high end stay in perfect location away from crowds“
+Great location away from the crowds yet still convenient. Room was well laid out and comfortable. Ocean views well worth it, wish we had extra time to enjoy our room and facilities.
−Pool closed for maintenance on Wednesdays, but not a real problem as there is club d oasis next door for Korean spa and waterpark.

„We had a great time and enjoyed the hotel. Especially the view of the ocean in the morning!“
+The staff was standout. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. From a wonderful person at the lounge who took the time to write out local recommendations, to the kind folks everywhere. We appreciated all of the subtle touches and care.
−Staying at a big hotel is not typically our way but we did enjoy our time. The staff and care made it feel more personal and intimate.

„Incredible hotel and an amazing GF restaurant“
+The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and I have to say the chef and waiters were incredible, as my daughter is coeliac, they bajed fresh GF bread every day, they made her food separate and really went out of there way. Also the bread was THE BEST GF bread we have ever had, absolutely amazing.
−There was nothing we didn't like

+Location - right in the Haeundae Beach area with lots to do, staff, restaurant with vegetable options, next to mall for lots of food options nearby, quiet, view of harbor, balcony, electronic-controlled curtains, black out curtains, great fitness center
−Location - far from other sights around Busan, bathtub doesn't have door or shower curtain so someone tall can create a lot of puddles on the floor while showering
