−The place is comfortable and convenient.. it's usually pretty decent , but we had a very bad experience where we found some 💩 on the toilet 🚻. On our first day. We don't feel to get anyone in trouble. We were a bit 😲 shocked! 2/3 experience. I felt the cleaner was a bit not watching what was more important 😕 when we ask her to redo the room ... the second day! This place is usually; a 4/5 star 🌟 place!! So' I feel it needs a bit more staff upgrade. I hope the owner takes this concern 😟 serious! Truly' Brian Perreault

„Prima“

„Excellent!!“
+This little suite was an absolute gem!! Right downtown -- we could walk the whole area, restaurants. Little coffee shop across the street, excellent for breakfast & coffee. Even though we faced the main street, very quiet.
−Very minor issue -- perhaps a blind for the window to block the light from the streetlight.

„I hope to return one day as this place was very comfortable“
+Everything :) Very Clean An abundance of amenities including ice cubes and real cream
−The early morning noise on the street but my room was facing the street, so it’s expected.

„It was a great experience staying at this hotel.“
+Although breakfast was not included, everything else was satisfying. The staff was amazing. It was super clean and comfortable. The street noise was a little annoying, but it's not the hotel's problem. It is the location, so what can you do?
−Noise from the street.
