„Just the right level of luxury, comfortable beds and rooms, easy park and great staff“
+The rooms are well appointed and very clean, reception staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Parking is within the hotel and easy to get to and from the car (given the terrible Melbourne weather this was important)
−It’s a small detail but the scrambled eggs at breakfast were very powdery. Aside from that though, the buffet breakfast had a great selection.

„Good location, staff need training“
+The bed was comfortable and it was close to facilities
−We only stayed three nights. We were approached by room service on the second day, before 9am and asked them to wait as we would only be a minute which we were. They had disappeared in that time. They then approached at 12pm and again we were not ready and were advised they would come back after cleaning up one room. They never came back. I approached reception later that day and was told they had finished for the day. When I explained what happened he made excuses for them. Not happy with the level of service. Also there was no toaster. I was told they were taken from the room for other clients. The experience left us feeling not welcome
