„Was a comfortable stay for a quick overnight accomodation. I wouldn’t book this hotel as part of a holiday“
+Parking was easy and not hard to find and was also a short distance to reception which I appreciate. Person at the bar on Tuesday evening 27/10 was 10/10. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
−Rather pricey for what I’d describe as a mid-range accommodation. Reception staff weren’t too inviting. My room was a little run down. Muck buildup in corners of bathroom/shower. No USB plugs. Evening menu rather limited.

„Great location but beds need a refresh“
+Location is great, an easy walk to restaurants in Manuka
−The bed was either old or broken and I was rolling out of it and almost on to the floor at one point, it was really uncomfortable

„Not bad“
+Location and food
−There was no internet connection in the allotted room . Staff told that it could be due to capacity issues on that day. Could not use internet despite being charged for the facility

„Disappointing considering it was a lot of money“
+Location wasn’t too bad
−The room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, the child bed wasn’t made up and had to ask for sheets, when we pulled out the bed it was disgusting and so my daughter had to sleep curled up on the couch. The breakfast was awful, all the tables were dirty, nobody greeted us, all plates, cups etc were dirty, the food was ok but impossible to find something clean to put it on.
