„Stay was only short but on the whole very good.“
+Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Room nice and clean. Good size room and bathroom good. Plenty of clean bedding.
−T.V. didn't work. Bathroom lights were difficult to switch on. Room (5) needs a few more electrical sockets, only one with an extension lead. Shower was difficult to keep running, it cuts off very quickly.

+Great location for two night definitely go back there as location brilliant, clean like other reviews bedding soft and clean and towels also. I thought bed was comfortable but husband didn't. I would recommend and can't wait to go back. Downstairs area good to use also if you need microwave etc and very clean.
−Had no hairdryer i will know next time to bring especially if surfing. No fridge in mine but was not to bothered. Stairs were not to much for me and we were up the top thought it was ok. Room bit small but big bathroom but it didnt bother us once it's clean.

„Good accommodation, great location, friendly staff, would stay again.“
+Friendly and helpful staff, room had everything I needed (the fridge, microwave, sink and crockery were handy), great location, very central and close to beaches, surf schools and shops etc. I would definitely stay again.
−Can't think of anything.

„Amazing stay“
+Location very close to beach and walking distance to all restraunts. Staff was very cordial and super nice. Always smiling.
−No lifts, elderlies can have difficult experience and if you have heavy luggage, be ready for a workout.

„Definitely will stay here when in Cornwall again.“
+Location, location, location. The penthouse is gorgeous with 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom has superking size bed with lounge chair and view of the ocean from the window (also seen in the lounge). The bathroom is massive. The 2nd bedroom is smaller with bunkbed (double). Open plan with acees to all the mods of kitchen for cooking and utensils. Raymond (front desk) is fantastic and very engaging!
−Both televisions did not work (master bedroom and lounge).

„Great place to stay within Newquay, affordable friendly family stay close to everything.“
+Great location close to beach and high street, we found free parking on the road for the week, nice friendly staff with good family rooms, nice comfy clean beds.

„Not good, didn’t deserve the money we were charged.“
+Staff friendly, but this is the only good thing. Not what we expected. Not good value for money at all.
−Advertised on website as sea view (you could hardly see the sea from the side). Old furniture, doors, carpet, everything in the bathroom, textured linoleum and could see dirt. Very dirty carpet on hallway. Smell in the room, not sure if damp smell. Stains on the bed sheet.

„Great location and great price. Would definitely stay again.“
+Absolutely perfect location, close to everything and quiet in the evening. The on street parking is free however does get quite busy, we managed to park outside thankfully. The room was a good size and the bed very comfy. Nice powerful shower and a great view over the town and beach from room 15. The staff member was very chatty and helpful. For the price I don’t think you would get better.
−Parking could be an issue but wasn’t for us, our room was on the top floor which I do prefer but might be awkward for less mobile people.
