„Lovely Guest House by the Horse Tram Stables“
+Loved the bed, so comfy, with two pillows each and the duvet was lush! The room was a good size, the bathroom was clean and well lit. The iron, fridge and hairdryer were a great touch and well received. Proximity to Douglas was good, too. All in all, a lovely place to return to at the end of the day.
−A quick message about the room you've been allocated would have been great - if you're not good at stairs then 508 would be difficult! For the summer months, a fan would have been handy as it was quite warm.

„I am a 72 year old senior, made to drag all our luggage up 48 stairs and not even the ability to take a decent shower.“
+Location was pretty good, although parking was scarce.
−We were assigned to the 5th floor, top room, FORTY EIGHT steps up, not counting the steps to enter the lobby). Plus the shower was a disaster. Just a shower wand from the side of the tub that leaked like crazy. No way to keep the water from spraying all over the bathroom.

„Very comfortable for our visit, everything provided for us.“
+Close to amenities, shops, restaurants and tram station
−Would have been nice to have a view but appreciate all rooms cannot provide that.
