−The hotel seems to be understaffed, especially in the restaurant, where one person is expected to serve the entire restaurant alone. This is clearly an unreasonable workload, and it is understandable that the staff member feels frustrated. Unfortunately, this frustration is reflected in the way guests are treated, which negatively affects the overall experience. The hotel management should seriously consider hiring more staff to ensure better working conditions for employees and a more pleasant experience for guests. Guests should not have to suffer because of poor staffing and management decisions.

+Absolutely nothing, apart from the helpful but helpless person at the reception. The
−The first room had water leaking from a light bulb IN THE SHOWER. Not dripping pouring out like a faucet. After changing rooms, the second room had hair in the shower, around the sink, in both beds and excrement stains on the toilet seat.

+Nice breakfast. Comfortable room. Good location. Helpful airport transfer.
−Unhelpful night time reception staff. Restaurant and bar closed early on a Saturday night after a long day travelling.
