„Very pleasant, would stay there again.“
+the room was comfortable, bed was comfortable. Property was charming and clean. Location seemed walkable to a few places, but sort of on the "outskirts" of Old Pasadena and the main part of town. Not a big deal though.
−The bar service was lacking and not sure the bartender was a professional. Drink I ordered was not very good. Paid a daily resort fee, but did not use the "resort" facilities, i.e. pool or the very small gym. Too cold to use an outdoor pool. Was not happy about that. Had messaged the property inquiring about the fee, never got a response.

„Dirty room & bed upon arrival.“
+The location is wonderful close to town & wonderful restaurants & cafes.
−My room was dirty upon arrival & when I informed the staff they did nothing but say sorry. The sheets were all stained & and an empty water bottle was left on the bathroom sink.

„It was comfortable“
+The staff was very responsive. There was a day the room was not cleaned and when we raised this they were quick. We often asked for more water because they put 2 small bottles but one uses 1 bottle to make tea/coffee so if there are 2 of you and you use 2 for tea you won’t have any water to drink. The bottles are small. What we asked for more water they would gladly bring. I just wish they put at least 4 bottles for a room with 2 guests.
−The fact that they could miss cleaning a room. Otherwise it’s a good place.

Calidad-precio alto
