„Expected more when I paid $500 per night to stay in a '5 star' hotel“
+Location suited my proximity to work. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of options with eggs done every way you like, fried, scrambled, poached, boiled.
−Meat options for breakfast were mainly pork; Cold meats were always ham or salami (and smoked salmon). Would have appreciated some chicken or turkey cold meat. Room was too dark (lighting). Didn't match my expectations for its '5 star' rating. Ordered a Quesadilla from room service that was meant to have cheese and corn, but the filling was virtually non-existent, and I paid S28 for this.

„Great place to stay, Great value gor money.“
+Friendly Staff, great room, Room service with Barista coffee, great bathroom extras like tooth brush & shaving kit.
−Only thing I would have liked is salt & pepper with my breakfast in-room dining. But the breakfast was delicious anyway.

+Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location!
−We could hear noise and conversations from neighboring rooms. The carpet in the room had an unpleasant smell.

„Good value and excellent for business travel“
−Staff in the bar were distracted and took a while to serve. They were more intent on cleaning with their back to clientele. They were also a bit annoyed when I asked a question - it was too hard.

„Overpriced for the standard presented.“
+Clean Spacious room.
−Inadequate lighting when using the desk. Room telephone did not work so needed to use the mobile to call reception. Pillows not to my level of comfort.

„It was such a great stay I booked the very next night with my husband for our anniversary.“
+Beautiful hotel, lovely staff
−The shower hadn’t been rinsed out and was slippery and dirty. When I alerted the staff they had someone come up and clean it again. Wasn’t a big problem though.
