+Pool "feeling" (in reality this is a cooling pond not for real swimming).
−The quality was not worth 4star, it is rather low grade B&B. The door could not be locked (locl broken). Lodgings were not ready, we had to wait for 2 beds for kids. There were things (keycard, coin) thrown in the toilet.

+Excellent location. Walking distance to shopping mall which has Carrefour supermarket. Some Restaurants opposite hotel food price is reasonable.
−The kitchen facilities in the room are quite old and need renovation. The room was not as clean as expected. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the facilities could be improved.
