+The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location.
−Unfortunately, however, I have a few complaints about our experience. We accidentally booked a two-night stay for a date two months later than we had intended. The reservation was marked as non-refundable. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted the hotel and asked if they could simply change the dates. They had no availability on our preferred dates, so I asked them to make an exception and issue a refund. Despite several phone calls and polite requests, they refused. Eventually, they reluctantly agreed to move our reservation to a weekend two months later, but charged us an additional €50, plus €30 for our child. We explained that our child could sleep in the same bed with us if an extra bed was not available. However, when we arrived, we noticed a sofa bed in the room and unfolded it ourselves for our child. There was no pillow or bedding provided for him. I had to ask the staff to provide at least those essentials, which they eventually did. After everything that had happened, I believe the least they could have done was prepare the sofa bed for our child in advance. This is one of the main reasons I am writing this review. I also run a holiday rental business, and on nu

„Beste Lage, schönes Zimmer, kein Frühstück“
+Lage ist unschlagbar. Schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Gutes Bett.
−Empfang nur teilweise besetzt. Kein Frühstück erhältlich. Ich wurde 3x per Mail aufgefordert, meine Ankunftszeit anzugeben. Vermutlich automatisch generiert. Das ist etwas nervig

−The apartment wasn’t ready for renting out: still a fresh construction, covered in white dust, no soap, no bed cover, something I have never heard of, and mosquitos en mass

„Great accommodation in a very central location surrounded by shops and restaurants.“
+Perfect location at centre of lovely old town. Only 10 minute walk to the train station where you can catch train to Venice ( 20 minute train journey). Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We especially liked the terrace which was nice for sitting with a glass of wine - it felt like you were part of the buzz in the main square as it overlooked the bars and restaurants of the Piazza dei Signori. Yet it was still peaceful once inside with the doors closed. If you don't mind the bell tower ringing!
