+We had a really great stay at Niken Beach in Tulum. The location is right by the beach, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever we needed something. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the hotel had a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Niken Beach to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Tulum, especially if you want to be close to the beach and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. We would happily come back again!

+Nice shaded pool Lovely beach garden, views from room and breakfast superb, Clean rooms, Great hospitality - plenty of drinking water provided , Homely feel , Staff friendly , made an effort to interact, security staff present overnight but not intimidating / invasive , Felt secure, seaweed on beach (seaweed season) , also lots of turtles on the beach to lay their eggs at night Places to eat at night within walking distance
−No bad comments about the hotel. Low season in Tulum (August) so a number of local eating and drinking places closed, and at the slightly quieter end of town *purposefully , however we managed to find options for a couple of nights (variety or restaurants and prices available)
