„Booking was not honored, and we were denied accommodation despite having a confirmed reservation.“
+Unfortunately, I couldn’t experience the property because the hotel refused to honor my confirmed booking before check-in.
−I called the hotel before arriving to confirm my stay. They informed me that they could not find or accept my booking and refused to accommodate us. We even offered to pay directly at the property, but they still declined. This caused unnecessary stress and completely disrupted our travel plans. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

„Confirmed booking denied after 8 hours of travel, rude staff, filthy rooms, and a terrible experience. Avoid this place.“
+Nothing. This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had.
−We had a confirmed booking through Booking.com and traveled for around 8 hours to reach the hotel, only to be told we could not check in because they demanded an extra advance payment outside the Booking.com platform. This was never made clear during booking. After such a long journey, they simply refused to honor our confirmed reservation. The owner and staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The property was also in terrible condition dirty rooms, unhygienic bathrooms, bugs everywhere, and poor maintenance. The entire place looked neglected and was nothing like what was advertised. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of staying here to avoid this hotel. Don’t waste your time, money, or energy. There are much better places nearby that actually respect their guests

„Very Bad… A nightmare“
+It was bad in all respect except location. Further Booking.com cheated us by charging GST because hotel didn’t have GST no. Further they told us to cancel the booking through booking.com to avail discount equivalent to GST
−Everything was bad. Staff was not cordial and it was a total waste of money

„Worked with a view of a rainswept valley, slept to the stars and lights.“
+Room - We received a stunning room, which was comfortable (albeit a little small for 2 people) and had a glass wall through which you could see the entire valley laid out. This was undeniably the best part of the property for us. Food - We had breakfast at the property on all days, and dinner on one night. The food was good, and the chef (Bhuvan) is kind enough to customise the flavour once you talk to him. They don't keep stocks for specialised items, and procure locally, so place the order a few hours before the meal. Everything is freshly prepared. The pahaadi chicken he made was really good. Service - Efficient and good. We had an issue with an almirah lock getting jammed, and the staff arranged for a carpenter to resolve the issue within a few hours. We were assured a swift resolution to any discomforts we faced, however minor. Location - Epic. You will not regret booking this for the location. 10-15 minutes walking from the Kasiyalekh Market, a couple of cafes close by for variety, parking for a couple of vehicles, its convenient.
