„Great stay!“
+This was our home base for three days while we explored Mount Shasta and Lassen National Park. Things that stood out to us: Friendly staff. Clean room. Safe neighbourhood. Great air conditioning. Lots of pillows. Supercharger close by. Plenty of stores/restaurants within driving distance.

Went to the main office and told them the situation and they were able to give us room but not exactly as what we requested in our reservation. My husband and I said ok. They gave us another room and we place our things down and we went have dinner and then go visit family since were visiting from out of town. We came back to room late and we noticed the sheets of the bed had big stains on them and the floor was super dirty and dusty, curtains were damaged and the AC unit bladed were broken and in the vents had so much dust and small garbage in it and to top it off the TV has no channels. we were not happy with that and in the morning we would go talk to management about the cleanliness. So we go to bed, we're tired. The next morning we wake up. My husband got up and he saw a live roach crawling on the ground. Him and myself and are livid. So we do more inspecting. In between the sheets we noticed there are animal hair. We don't have any animals with
