„Reception staff very average and rude“
+The staff at breakfast… Worked very hard

„Decent stay in a great location. Couple of minor issues but would stay again.“
+Great location and clean. Easy check in and check out and permitted a later checkout.
−Despite being on the highest floor and double glazed windows, you could still hear the traffic clearly. Found breakfast quite haphazard and underwhelming . Our table hadn’t been cleaned. Hope that’s the exception

„Great people, comfortable beautiful room“
+Beautiful and kind front desk lady that assisted us, very perfessional and acceptable, explained everything to me perfectly to figure out our stay
−It didn’t phase us but the window wouldn’t open it must have been stuck, we eventually figured out the cooling system to keep the room at a nice temperature

+Very poor service. I requested an invoice twice through Booking.com and reminded the receptionist again when I checked out, yet I still haven’t received it. It should not be this difficult or take this long for a hotel to provide a simple invoice.
