„It is certainly not a 5 star hotel. A 3+ is more than enough.“
+The pool. Based on my review below, the owner of the hotel was kind enough to call me and politely followed up on my notes. He explained that the electricity cut was due to electricity shut down until their generators turned on. It had nothing to do with the 12 noon check out. The satellite was not working, so no TV. When we asked twice, they replied twice that the problem is from "Blatt" town. If they call themselves a 5 star hotel, they should have their own satellite. We ordered a simple chicken sandwich by the pool at night, it came after 45 minutes. The staff want you to believe that they are polite and professional but all talk and no actions. +Greatest hotel on planet earth. Great amenities, clean room, best everything. Was extremely kind to us. Has a simple but tasty breakfast buffet, and the staff are always heads over heels to help us. Will definitely be going back after the war.
