„Unvorstellbar schlimm!“

„Terrible place terrible people.“
+The property offered nothing to enjoy. They cancelled our reservation without refunding our prepayment. They never responded to our repeating messages and calls. When we went to the property to talk to the manager the door wasn’t opened. The entrance to the property smells like a pigsty, by the way. We would be very unhappy even if we could use our reservation. They are frauds. I would not recommend to anyone to stay at that place.
−No communication is possible with the property managers. They called us one day before our reservations starting date to cancel. We asked them that since the reservation was prepaid they should make sure we would get refunded but they never officially cancelled. Since they didn’t respond to our calls we went in person to the property to solve the issue but nobody responded to the doorbell. We saw how terrible their entryway smelled. This place is in no way adequate for a travelers stay in terms of both the conditions of the building and the irresponsibility of the managers. We never had such a terrible experience with our many previous booking.com reservations. We still demand our full refund.
