+Location was excellent; comfy beds; good access to shops, restaurants and the beach.

„Lovely place to stop along the Great Ocean Road. Must be lovely to enjoy the beach in the warmer months.“
+Great location and view of the beach.
−Stairs were a bit of a challenge with heavy cases but it’s a heritage hotel so not much can be done about that

„Lovely break in a super spot on the Great Ocean Road.“
+Lovely spot - and our room had a balcony looking through trees to the beach - wonderful. Welcoming hotel - kindly gave us a bottle of fizz for our wedding anniversary - made it even more special.
−All good.

„Absolutely amazing“
+We loved our stay. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by amazing staff. We were given complimentary drink cards which was so lovely. We were travelling with our friends and got the family room with 2 queen beds. The room was fantastic and had everything we needed. The hotel had 2 beautiful restaurants to choose from for meal options. Location was superb. The best thing was the staffs attitude.....it can make a stay that much better. Thankyou for your warm welcome and for being so delightful.
−Nothing to fault
