+My spouse was sick and I asked the front desk at about 1030 am if we might check in before the usual 2 pm check in time. The front desk texted me at about 11 am that our room was ready. We checked in a short time later. My spouse was able to get the rest she needed to recover from her illness. On the way to our room on the 5th floor my spouse did not notice that she dropped her cell phone out of her pocket. The hotel staff cleaning the rooms on that floor picked up her phone in the hall way. I called her number and the staff member told me he had the phone. He gave the phone back to us. Those two events tell you everything you need to know about the awesome staff working at the Levo hotel. Also they were celebrating Halloween with many lobby staff members in costumes. We received a free trick or treat gift bag. Halloween was my favorite holiday growing up. The hotel is modern and very beautiful but the staff working there are what keeps us coming back. We stay there about once a month.

„Saubere Zimmer und bequemes Bett zu super Preis Leistung Verhältnis“
+War sauber und gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis
−Es kommt sehr viel Helligkeit rein ins Zimmer. Fenster sollte besser vor eindringen des Tageslichtes geschützt sein. Personal beim reinigen der anderen Zimmer zu laut. Teils wurden wir von Ihnen geweckt oder vom eindringen des tageslicht

+Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Great value for money.
−The ramp for PWDs was located at the far left side of the building (when facing the building). Its location was not quite suitable for wheelchair users, particularly during rainy weather. At the time of the visit, the pathway leading to the ramp was also flooded.
