+Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Abendessen war lecker und es gab sogar noch einen gratis Nachtisch dazu, ich habe ein gratis Zimmer Upgrade bekommen und wenn ich Anliegen hatte wurde mir direkt geholfen

+The staff are absolutely amazing,so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The mountain views are simply breathtaking, definitely one of the best highlights of this place! Even the evening rain makes the experience more magical. Sitting on the balcony, watching the mist roll over the mountains while listening to the gentle rain, is such a peaceful and unforgettable feeling. Taking a walk around the beautiful surroundings is another highlight. The fresh mountain air, lush greenery, and peaceful atmosphere make every moment special. A perfect place to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the true beauty of Haputale. Highly recommended! ❤️

−Ich war in der zweiten Ebene, was tagsüber sehr hellhörig war. Nachts ließ es sich jedoch sehr gut schlafen :).

+This place definitely grew on me. The room was of a good standard, with awesome views, and both breakfast and dinner were great. The hospitality and service were excellent. The owner and his team are definitely a vibe, focused on giving guests as pleasant a stay as possible.
−The only downside is that the sound insulation between rooms is quite poor.

+Siamo rimasti positivamente stupiti dalla qualità del servizio (struttura pulitissima e personale molto gentile e disponibile). Il cibo è delizioso, con buffet vario e abbondante sia a cena che a colazione (da non perdere lo yogurt di bufala). Il gestore è una persona fantastica: generoso, sensibile e di grande cuore (aiuta le persone svantaggiate). Il panorama dalla struttura è incantevole. Rapporto qualità prezzo insuperabile. Grazie.

„Absolutely amazing!!“
+I had an amazing stay at this hotel. I originally booked a budget room, but was lucky enough to receive an upgrade , and wow, what a surprise. The room was absolutely fantastic, with a spacious balcony and truly breathtaking views over the mountains, rolling hills, and tea plantations. Waking up to that scenery was incredible. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was just as good if you decide to eat there as well. The hotel can also help arrange tours and activities. I booked a trip to Lipton’s Seat through them, which turned out to be a beautiful experience and a really enjoyable tour. A special mention as well for the layout and atmosphere of the property itself. The garden is beautifully designed and full of tropical plants, which makes the whole place feel peaceful and unique. But what really made the stay stand out was the staff. Everyone was unbelievably kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
