+Friendly staff. Comfortable. Great room. Great decor. Overall, excellent and no complaints, however, a wee bit on the pricey side.
−Only the bill (£££) !!

„Non fussy lovely property“
+The lounge and meals were exceptional. The views from the property and quality of breakfast for the price were outstanding.
−It was annoying getting pitched for dinner over and over again. Although I did hear the dinner was fantastic. The staff, while nice, didn’t really go out of their way to be helpful, with the exception of the night manager. There’s no lift but they did help us take our luggage up and down which was nice.

„Great breakfast . Lovely staff .“
+The breakfast was fantastic and the staff are excellent. Hotel sits on a hill and the grounds are lovely . Dinning area has new extension which is pretty . We did dinner one evening and it did not disappoint. Must mention roaring fires in the aspect lounge .
−The room we had was at the top of the hotel so secondary set of stairs are steep . Room was nice . Clean but cold at times . Radiators when turned on only became warm to the touch. Never really hot . Shower pressure was limited so used shower to wash hair rather than wall mounted control .
