„A lovely sunny winter break in luxury and style“
+A wonderful sunny winter break ! A short hop from the airport, the hotel was welcoming and very luxurious ! We had a fabulous room overlooking the pool with afternoon sun so we enjoyed this time on our balcony. We were All inclusive and the drinks and food choices were good . We were there for a chill out and the Riad offered exactly what we were looking for, a short taxi ride to Jamaa el Fna and the centre of Marrakech but a little tranquil and elegant oasis when when arrived back ! The staff were amazing ! Khadij in the dining room was lovely always welcomed us with a lovely smile and was very attentive , I’d say she works twice as fast as others in her position she is definite to be thanked, Rania on reception / hospitality is also a credit to you, a truly sweet person but the award for the most amazing person we met , who went over and above to help us was Khalid , one of the super managers on Reception what a lovely person a real credit to the hotel! He was so kind and went out of his way to help us with a booking !
„Genuine people and fabulous Interiors.“
+The hotel interior is fabulous , take the time to enjoy it top tip look up . There is a genuine warm welcome from the staff in every department, but special thanks to Salim ( Bar Manager) and Moumssif (Restaurant Manager), both went above and beyond to make us welcome. Special thanks to the Guest services Manager Eimon. Top tip, please and thank you goes a long way with people , the Moroccan people are eager to please. Relax and enjoy the surroundings and people.

„Beautifully Disappointing!“
+Such a gorgeous hotel, stunning grounds, fantastic room, friendly reception staff. Really let down by the restaurant and lack of sunbeds. Food was lukewarm with very limited choices. For example fruit choice over 5 night stay was apples and oranges only! Only one or 2 types of roast meat. Not what I'd expect after staying in other 5 star hotels in Egypt recently. The tables were never properly set and if you asked for anything the staff were mainly grumpy and unhelpful. Very bad customer service. Always slow to serve drinks. No ice cream! Our main complaint was the lack of sunbeds. Not enough by far and all booked up with towels from 7am. Lots of space but no beds. Totally unacceptable to go on this kind of holiday and not be able to relax in the sun. There were 10 empty beds in the Spa but staff said they weren't allowed to bring them out! This caused a lot of stress for guests and is why we won't be back.

„Lovely stay“
+Having just returned from a 4 night stay at the Jaal Riad, I felt I had to write a review as there have been so many negative comments posted. I travel extensively around the world, and this is by far one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Lush, immaculately kept gardens, lots of comfy chairs and shady spots for reading or chilling, a beautiful pool area with a snack bar, great evening entertainment, and friendly, helpful staff who can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a daily clean and towel refresh. Some reviews have criticised the food, however there is ample choice, from salads, pizza, pasta, Indian and local cuisine. Freshly cooked eggs/omelettes are available in the mornings along with breads, cold cuts, cheese, fruit and yogurt. The food could be a little warmer, but it's not cold as some reviews have suggested and, quite frankly, not worth complaining about! I refilled my plate several times on each visit :-) Taxis are stationed across the street and the staff will gladly wave one over for you. Please be sure to agree a price before getting in! We paid between 40 and 60 MAD for rides into the main square. In summary, I would 100% rec

„average hotel for a base during a trip to marrakech“
+Just stayed here for 4 nights with my partner as a package holiday from jet 2. The hotel is very average compared to others we have stayed at, whilst the decor is gorgeous it just isn’t a 4/5* in my opinion. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, easy to get taxis outside the hotel and an ATM machine in the hotel. Beer and wine was nice but cocktails were awful, the food was very average and similar (luckily we didn’t eat every meal here and I’m not sure how people do). The stations would often be running low and not topped up quickly as well. I’m vegan and was able to find enough to eat but things are not labelled well at all. There is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel but there is a supermarket in walking distance. Unfortunately a lot of the guests let this place down, people there just to drink the day and night away and we had a group of women keeping us up till 2am screaming and shouting all night and no staff around to try manage this, whilst I understand people are away to have fun there was no respect and we had to be up early the following day. Our room was nice but there was a rather suspicious looking stain on the bed runner and whilst the bed was made and

„Relaxing break“
+As a seasoned traveller, I wanted to share a more balanced and positive perspective on Jaal Riad Resort in Marrakech, as some of the previous reviews don’t fully reflect the experience we had. First of all, the hotel itself is fantastic. The amenities and communal areas are beautifully maintained, with a stylish and relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. The pool areas are particularly lovely and provide a great space to unwind. I had read several reviews mentioning issues with the food, particularly that it was cold or that there was not enough choice. From our experience, I would disagree with this. There was a good selection of food available at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. We found the variety more than adequate and always managed to enjoy our meals. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which really helped make the stay enjoyable. The hotel was also consistently clean and well looked after, which is something we always pay close attention to when travelling. One minor issue we noticed was the familiar holiday habit of guests placing towels on sunbeds early in the morning. While this can make finding a preferred spot a litt

„Marrocco trip“
+I recently stayed in Marrakesh for 4 days. A wonderful mini-vacation. The accommodation at Jaal riad surprised us with its comfort, elegance, and the kindness of the staff. Because we stayed a short time, we called Taxi Tours Marocco and had a minivan at our disposal. Hakim, the driver and guide, organized our time very well so that we saw the specifics of the place. We went to a Berber home in the Atlas Mountains, saw how local ceramics are made, went to the desert for a camel ride and a traditional dinner, quickly passed through the souk, but we also saw the modern, luxurious side, I could say. All in all, a wonderful vacation with wonderful friends!+212 667-478986 Hakim
