„waar blijft onze factuur?“

+Near BUS stop and close to Old Taipa. Room seems recently renovated and is fully digital/electronic
−Very troublesome check-in just because I didn't fully write my name in the booking, although I have shown my ID, Booking printable confirmation and even had to open the booking.com app in front of the staff for further confirmation. I mean... The room is paid and I have a paper with my first and last name on it and a booking number. Shouldn't have been this hard...

„Great find in Macau“
+The hotel is a good price in comparison to others in Macau. The room was comfortable and it was in a great location, without being in the thick of it. A short walk to Taipa village, short bus ride to Cotai Strip and the old town. There's also a bus stop directly outside the hotel, which brings you to all the main places and the ferry terminal.
−At times, it was difficult to communicate with staff due to language barriers. Not their fault at all as I am the visitor, it just made things slightly tricky at times. They did really try to help though.

„Great place, but you might be a bit lost if you don't speak Cantonese“
+Location (15min walking to the Cotai casino area and right next to Taipa village). Bedroom (very spacious and clean) Food (breakfast and dinner - not included on the fare - were delicious)
−The majority of the people working on the hotel, though very kind, don't speak much english (even the menus on the bar don't have an english translation)

+Walkable to R do Cunha, an area with lots of local foods and shops. Close to Taipa ferry terminal, and hotel has a shuttle service to Grand Emperor casino.
