„Well situated, easy walking distance to all Osijek has to offer.“
+Well situated, walking distance from the centre of town. The hotel room was good size with modern bathroom facilities. Staff helpfully facilitated parking on site when we arrived which was super convenient. The breakfast provided was extensive.
−The only 'negative' was the heating/cooling/ventilation system in the room was difficult to decipher, it was a system I had never seen before. I tried Googling to no avail ... staff on duty that night were unable to tell me how it worked, (perhaps it was the language barrier?) in their defence they offered to come to the room but my husband was already asleep so I ended up turning it off (I think) and opening a window. Not a solution if the weather is inclement. Instructions would be useful next time.

„Excellent central hotel.“
+A lovely hotel in central Osijek. The staff were great. The room was huge. Very very comfortable bed. Quiet room we slept well. Breakfast was extraordinary. A la carte really delicious. Our sons ordered multiple dishes as they were hungry and each was excellent. We finished breakfast with fresh warm apple strudel and ice cream. What a great hotel. We would definitely stay again.

„Best staff ever. Amazing location. Beautiful hotel and incredible food.“
+The hotels location, room, breakfast and staff were all excellent. We were attending the Thompson concert in Vukovar and our bus was scheduled to depart Osijek at noon. The front desk and cleaning staff made every effort to provide us access to our room earlier than check-in (whilst being fully booked the night before) for which we were extremely grateful. Mr. Vukovic and Mr. Stankovic also went above and beyond to courier a forgotten item to me. The kindness and friendliness of all staff at the hotel truly made our stay memorable, I look forward to staying again the next time I am visiting Osijek.
−As a woman, built-in hairdryers are always a disappiontment...it would be nice to have a good quality hairdryer.
