+We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The room we had was extremely noisy! The location wasn’t bad if you’re a walker. Taxi drivers were generally nice. Plan on about 20 euro to get you to the hotel from the airport. The staff agreed to schedule a taxi for us at 4:15 am the day before we left and we confirmed they had done so because we had a super early flight and the gate closed early. 8 Taxis passed us but none stopped. The gentleman at reception called again and the taxi finally arrived 15 plus minutes late. The beds were okay and the air conditioning (mini split) worked well. The woman who checked us in however was absolutely humorless. Sofia is a beautiful city but if I were to return I would choose a hotel closer to the many historic buildings that are located in a relatively small area.

+Very friendly and nice staff. Its close enough to the railway, 15 min walk. We took a taxi. But a bit far away from the center if you want to go out for the evening. Very new and very clean.
