„Met our requirements for two-night stay“
+Staff were very pleasant - albeit we only saw 2 members of staff. I did not realise I had to pay at the property in local currency as I thought the amount had been deducted by Booking.com. The staff did not make a fuss and told me I could bring the money the following day. Everything feels brand new and clean. Our room had a good-sized balcony and the bathroom was exceptionally big. It felt more like a home-stay than a hotel. There was a communal kitchen where there was a kettle, fridge/freezer and microwave but no complimentary tea/coffee which would have been a nice gesture. No food is permitted in the rooms. Breakfast was basic - but this seems to be the norm in Georgian hotels irrespective of star rating. Communication was great beforehand. The view from our room was unobstructed which we noticed a number of the properties around did not have the magnificent view.
−Some minor niggles just to make other guests aware - The room needs a rubbish bin as it was annoying having only the bin in the bathroom which filled up quickly and was not emptied daily (I'm sure it would have been if we'd asked as the staff were accommodating.) The stairwell outside the room was quite noisy as people arrived and left. Every sound echoed as doors opened and shut. We were lucky that other guests staying at the same time as us were back by 10pm but can imagine it would disturb some early sleepers. Finally, the curtains are not blackout and do not reach the floor. The hotel has a string of lights along the balconies which shine through, I believe they are on all night (at least until midnight) so this might disturb some guests.

+Останавливался с семьей на одну ночь. Понравилось расположение. На некотором удалении от трассы и, в то же время, в пешей доступности есть пару продуктовых магазинов и хорошее кафе. Машину парковал на улице рядом с отелем. В комнате чисто и тепло. В душевой пол с обогревом. Был приятно удивлен завтраком. Всё что попробовал было вкусным.
−На телевизоре не было видеосигнала

+פקידת הקבלה נחמדה ומסבירה פנים . גודל החדר גודל המקלחת מרפסת
−מיטה נמוכה מאוד מהסטנדרט. א בוקר בינונית ומטה . שומעים רעשים מחוץ לחדר מהמסדרון . אין פינת קפה בחדר , כן יש פינת קפה בקומה שלישית לכל אורחי המלון . פח אשפה בחדר היינו צריכים לבקש בסטנרד אין להם בחדרים. כן יש במקלחת . כרית אחת למיטה כשביקשנו עוד נאמר שאין כריות .

+Очень комфортный номер с панорамным окном, балконом и потрясающим видом на горы. Мебель и обстановка сияет, кажется что всё абсолютно новое и вы первый клиент в отеле) В номере идеальная чистота. Могу ли я рекомендовать отель? Однозначно да.
−К сожалению, в номере нет чайника... И нас предупредили, что принимать пищу, и даже выпить чашечку кофе можно только в общей кухне. Видимо, это обратная сторона медали идеальной чистоты в номерах) На самом деле это не критично, но всё же хотелось бы иметь возможность выпить кофе в своём номере...

+Wonderful hotel! The rooms are spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful panoramic windows offer stunning mountain views. The breakfast is good and a nice way to start the day. The staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!

+Veľmi pekné ubytovanie, na tichej ulici, čisté, s balkónom. Milá pani na recepcii. Raňajky chutné. Najviac sa nám páčilo, že bol august, ale vonku bolo chladno, tak zakúrili. A ďakujeme za požičanie pršiplášťov. Parkovanie zdarma priamo pred hotelom. Rada by som napísala, že keď sa vrátime, určite sa u Vás ubytujeme znovu.
