„Für Liebhaber“
+Schönes Hotel direkt im Zentrum
−Zimmer viel und viel zu klein. Bett absolut NICHT geeignet für 2 Personen. Kunst toll wenn man tote Tiere mag

„A lovely luxury stay by the cathedral“
+I am disabled. The room I had on the first night had a walk in shower recessed on the side of the bathroom with no shower curtain. When I had a shower just before going to bed, result the bathroom floor became soaked and very slippy for my prosthetic limb. Room service came up with towels to cover the floor and next morning I was upgraded to a room with a safer shower. In the bathroom, Each room come equipped with 6 different Moulton Brown toiletries for one's use - not the usual toiletry bolted on to the side of a shower. The breakfasts were lavish in a wonderful conservatory and served till 11 am. each day. What I particular liked after the breakfast service for customers were that the housekeeping staff came to have the breakfast in the conservatory. Although pricey it worked out as £155 a night, which is cheap compared to Copenhagen and the UK, for so much luxury and right beside the Cathedral.
−Being an old hotel there are various parts of the hotel which provide accessibility challenges, The main bit is that the conservatory for breakfast is accessed by a narrow staircase off the middle landing between floors.

„Très bien mais peut mieux faire“
+Taille et décor des chambres - emplacement en plein centre ville - la gentillesse de la réception et du portier
−Le personnel du petit déjeuner ne correspond pas au standard d un 5 étoiles. Les tables ne sont assez rapidement desservies et redressées. Les. Boissons chaudes sont de qualité inégales. La salle est bruyante. Il manque un vestiaire pour les bagages qui restent stockés à l réception.

„Dejligt, luksus hotel - mangler lige de sidste detaljer“
+Dejligt hotel centralt placeret i Aarhus. God og service-minded betjening hele vejen. Dejligt stort værelse og fint badeværelse. Lækker morgenmad.
−Dårlig luft på værelset - mulden. Kunne ikke få lyd på TV. Kunne ikke fjerne skilt med "hovedtelefon". Vandhaner trænger til at få renset filter.
