+It was a comfortable and quiet setting. The front desk staff was very curtious and helpfull. The rooms were very clean. Free cappuccino in the morning in a comfortable lounge. Very central to most major sites. All in short walking distance.
−There wasnt anything we didnt like

+Everyone was very accommodating and nice! Rooms were very well kept.
−No A/C! we were there in March & it was so hot!!! It has dials to turn it on but it did not work at all. I was burning up at night. I had to open the windows & that was a bad move since there were so many people & cars just yelling & honking that you could hear everything. It kept me up all night.

„Excellent stay is this hotel in Rome.“
+Fantastic location right in the heart of Rome. Room was a good size with a big comfy bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
−No bar Optional daily tip was added to initial bill. It was taken off the bill on request. We felt the additional cost was not necessary given the cost of the room and city tax.
