+Breakfast is great - enough food with multiple options. Location is great if you like being close to the chairlifts/gondola and city center.
−Hotel is right next to the main access road to Morzine and the traffic is certainly heard.

„Overall good - decent breakfast and great location.“
+Breakfast was continental style but adequate, location - proximity to lifts and the town - a few minutes walk - great location.
−I felt staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

„Nice family run place in the heart of Morzine, will be back for sure.“
+Lovely traditional Alpine property with a nice Continental Breakfast right in the centre of Morzine.
−The main road was rather noisy but this was no fault of the property but rather down to the few idiots speeding down the road in the late evening/early hours of the morning. Some sort of Fan or Air conditioning would have been nice as it does get really hot.
