+It was my first time staying at the hotel, but it turned out to be an excellent choice. The young women at the reception were very kind. When I checked in, one of them even offered to help me with my luggage, as the hotel has no elevator and the room was on the second floor. The room and the bathroom were really clean. Also, the breakfast was unexpectedly hearty, diverse and very delicious. The bed was very comfortable. On my next visit to Zagreb, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.
−I am not sure whether the young woman at the reception was simply being kind, or if it was part of her duties, when she offered to help me with my luggage. If this is one of her responsibilities, I don't think it's right for the owners to expect the young women working at the reception to carry guests luggage. Luckily, I didn't have any luggage, as I only stayed at the hotel for one night. Personally, I think that they should either hire someone specifically for that task, preferably male, or not offer that service at all. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, and the bathroom door didn't close properly.

„Boravak u hotelu Gallus je bio izvrstan.“
+čistoća samog hotela, doručak u hotelu je bio izvrstan. Parking za automobile velik i prostran. Sobe su velike te ima dovoljno prostora za boravak u njima. Kupaonica je prostrana te čista i uredna. Grijanje i klimatizacija rade besprijekorno.
−Nedostatak minibara.

„Aufenthalt war gut mit Einschränkungen“
+Preis Leistung war top über Booking. Frühstück sehr sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich
−Klimaanlage ohne Funktion, daher 27 Grad im Zimmer. Egal ob heizen oder kühlen, sie heizt immer. Fenster auf war unmöglich da die Straße extrem laut ist. Daher war die Nacht wenig erholsam.

+The breakfast was really nice!
−Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean. It was okay for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't feel comfortable staying there any longer.
