+Overall, it's a decent hotel. The only problem is that Safi is not a tourist destination kind of city

„NOT A GOLDEN TULIP!“
+This hotel is very run down and the rooms are terrible. Neither elevators worked and we had to carry our luggage up the flights of stairs. The front desk is indifferent and will not give you the right time of day...At breakfast the attitude of the staff was that they were doing you a big favor by allowing you to eat from the breakfast buffet in their hotel, and we had to ask for a spoon, as there was no spoon around, and they seemed quite shocked by our audacity!. No hospitality whatsoever. The room was filthy, no coat hangers at all, the bedside lights did not work and the bathroom needed a thorough clean. This hotel is probably on its last leg before closing down. The swimming pool needs a good clean, full reconstruction (there were more tiles around the pool area than in the pool itself!). This place must have been beautiful at some stage, but now the whole place is run down and looks very tired and dirty. The corridors were filthy and with paint coming of the walls.
