+The staff were quick to find a solution whenever we had a problem. The room was cleaned every day, and the location was excellent,we were able to visit many places on foot.
−The breakfast room is small, and the variety and quality of the breakfast could be improved a little. Still, we were satisfied overall.

„Great location, very clean and very kind staff!!“
+Excellent location and a wonderful stay! We took the tram from the airport to a stop just a 4-minute walk from the hotel. The train station for our trip to Pisa was also only 6 minutes away on foot. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception team kindly helped us confirm a restaurant reservation. We especially loved meeting Asha, always smiling and making breakfast such a pleasant experience. Breakfast was delicious, although a little more variety would have been nice, as the options were the same every day. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
More variety would be nice

„Mixed feelings“
++ Location is great as it's literally 3 min. walk from the train station and a few minutes away from lively, historic/touristy area + Staff is very nice and friendly
−- A room with 4 beds crammed together was not very comfortable and felt more like a hostel - The whole place is dated and needs a refresh - Towels and bedding we yellowish from being used for a long time - Breakfast was mediocre - Our room overlooked an area with a few benches occupied by food delivery "cyclists". No city view.
