„A wonderful stay in the heart of Prague, with a fantastic location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff!“
+I had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Černý Slon. The location was excellent, right next to Old Town Square and within easy reach of Prague's main attractions. My room was clean and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had both a bath and shower, which worked perfectly, and there was also a safety deposit box operated by a key. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of options to choose from. I also had the pleasure of dining in the hotel's restaurant during my stay. The meal was thoroughly enjoyable, and both the waiter and waitress were extremely friendly, attentive and professional, making it a very pleasant dining experience. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Lukas on reception was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. As an English-speaking visitor, I particularly appreciated him taking the time to recommend places to visit and offering helpful advice in English. Michaela was also extremely friendly and helpful. Both made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague!
−There was some noise from people outside the hotel between approximately 11pm and 1am, but this was understandable given its excellent location next to Old Town Square. It didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the stay.

„Great location and lovely hotel. Nice staff and very clean. guy behind reception was very helpful.“
+Excellent location and very clean room. The breakfast was very nice.
−There was a kettle in the room but no coffee or milk. There was only tea which I don’t drink. I enquired at reception but the lady with the baby didn’t know anything as she only works there a couple of days a week. She asked a colleague about it but he just shrugged his shoulders. We enquired about the bar closing time and was told it closed at 22:00. On the website it states that it closes at 23:00. This was was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel as it had a late bar.

„Great location and very comfortable and uncomplicated stay in Prague.“
+The location is fantastic, right next to the Old Town Square, but with that comes noise - nothing to do with the hotel, but worth considering. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent - the dining room was decorated beautifully.
−The noise late at night but then, I like to sleep with open windows. Other than that, everything was lovely.

+Kiváló elhelyezkedés, nagyon kellemes, otthonos szoba, bőséges, finom reggeli.
−A fürdőszobában a 2. emeleten, a világítás környékén érdemes lenne néha kicsit takarítani :)

„Amazing place“
+Very close to the centre, big rooms, lovely and clean.
−You can hear people waling in the rooms above, could do with a lick of paint but nothing major. Could have done with a double quilt instead of 2 singles.
