„Ideal location and wonderful breakfast“
+In the heart of the old part of Berat, the Ansel is perfectly situated to enjoy the views and walk the charming pebble stone alleys. The rooms were very well suited and the breakfast a true delight. The restaurant also offered very tasteful dishes and great service. We’d come back for sure

„Great location and view.“
+Great location with a view overlooking the river. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and customer focused. Excellent restaurant on site.
−Everything was good. Lots of stairs to get to the hotel and room but staff were offering to help with bags. Road was busy in front of hotel.

„Museum room type is good and classic, others may not“
+Authentic, nostalgic, antique
−There's a room with one very tiny window only. I suggest the hotel to forewarn at time of online booking, so as to manage expectation / let guests avoid that room if they have concerns like me

„Great location but be aware of the stairs“
+Great location in the middle of the old town with really nice helpful staff. Renovated beautifully
−We weren’t aware that there are so many stairs. Fortunately we are quite fit for our age but they could be a serious problem for others The food in the restaurant was a bit disappointing and it was the exact same breakfast every day, no variety.
