+Sono partita ad ottobre con una mia amica e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La struttura è ben collegata con tre linee della metro: la B e la D che distano 10min a piedi dall’hotel e la linea 4 che è la più vicina e dista 5min a piedi. Parlando invece in generale, in base a dove devi muoverti, la struttura si trova a 30/40min dal centro con la metro. La zona è tranquilla e non ci siamo mai trovate in difficoltà. Il servizio offerto era ottimo. Ogni giorno passava l’addetto alle pulizie e ci cambiava: ogni giorno gli asciugamani, la carta igienica nonostante non fosse finita e ogni due giorni la saponetta per le mani. Sul piano dove era situata la nostra camera c’era la possibilità di prendere il ghiaccio gratuitamente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione è stata ottima e c’è il distributore di acqua, sia calda che fredda, ogni volta che vuoi fare il refill. Nonostante noi non ne abbiamo usufruito, la struttura dà anche la possibilità di lasciare le valigie al momento del check out se vuoi girarti la città prima di ripartire. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio quindi questo hotel.

+Ca fait 2 fois que je vais à cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner et les horaires sont très bien ainsi que les chambres qui sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est accueillant et il est très pratique de pouvoir laisser ses bagages à l'hôtel le dernier jour jusqu'au soir même si les clés sont renues.

+Все было хорошо, номер был большой, удобный и его убирали каждый день. Все было комфортно и отличного качества
−Возможно локация будет не комфортной для девушек или особо тревожных - все же это Бронкс. Завтрак не был разнообразным, но был вкусным.

„Soggiorno ottimo nel bronx“
+Siamo stati 9 giorni in questo albergo con camere larghe e pulite, pulizia e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Il personale è gentile e disponibile tutto il giorno, sono cortesi e ti spiegano tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. La posizione nonostante si possano avere dei pregiudizi sul quartiere è ottima, ci sono due linee di metro che ti portano in centro in 20 minuti nemmeno e si collegano ad altri stop è stato davvero comodo alloggiare qui. Il quartiere di giorno è tranquillo, la sera ci sta un po di confusione ma nessuno ti guarda o bada a te. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è buonissimo e la colazione è un più piccola ma soddisfacente

+The location is excellent if you want to take the train. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The reception staff were very attentive. We went to the park, and the distance is very short.
−The breakfast is excellent. However, there is one significant issue: the way the host treated us was a major factor, and the chef's behavior was horrible. The chef speaks ill of people if they don't line up the way he thinks is right; I even heard him call them "abnormal." The host takes the plate off your table, insisting that you only have 30 minutes to eat breakfast. The people visiting the hotel are on vacation, and the pressure felt at breakfast time makes for a rough start to the day. I consider this disrespectful to the guests. That situation alone means I won't be coming back, and I do not recommend this place.
