+Extremely helpful staff who are friendly and approachable. They have staff who can communciate confidently in Korean, English and Japanese. Room was very clean and had great amenities. Lounge area had free coffee. Check in and check out process was easy and efficient. Location is very convenient, a short walk from exit 12 of Moran station, if you prefer not to walk up stairs you can also use exit 3 which has an escalator. Several convenience stores within short walking distance which are open until late (1am).
