„There is a huge difference between the photos and reality. The prices are ridiculously high for Sri Lanka, and the owner“

„A relaxing, peaceful stay in nature as an alternative to staying in the bustle of Kandy.“
+Fantastic location up in the hills surrounded by greenery. Comfortable room. Great food and wonderful staff especially Ashan their resident driver.
−Not a dislike but we were next to the unfinished swimming pool and restaurant- it’ll be even better when finished.

„Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt.“
Sehr freundliche Leute.

„A beautiful and peaceful family-run hotel above Kandy“
+We stayed at Hanthana House for three nights during Kandy’s big festival. It is a beautiful place, surrounded by lush jungle. The location is excellent, in the hilly area above the city, so it is quiet and peaceful, but the city center and the main tourist attractions are still very easy to reach by tuk tuk. The family who run the hotel are very attentive and communication with them was excellent. They also helped arrange tuk tuks whenever we needed them. Every morning we had a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast on the terrace, and one evening we stayed for an excellent Sri Lankan dinner as well. The rooms are super clean and spacious. We also really liked the way the rooms are spread out around the two houses, with small separate sitting areas that give each room a sense of privacy.

+Struttura in mezzo alla natura lontana dal caos della città. Abbiamo cenato in struttura perché un po distante, ma cene ottime (a parte quella del pesce, poca quantità)

+The hotel is very well appointed with great views. The room is massive and includes lounge and dining rooms. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were very helpful. It was very welcoming. Great value.
−The location is beautiful but the roads are small so it takes a while to get up there.
