−We booked a room through booking.com, paid in advance. When we arrived at hotel, they said, didn't have a room for us, fully over booked. We had to drive and get a room elsewhere and pay for another hotel. We have tried numerous times to get refund through booking.com and the Hampton Inn and still have not received a refund. I will never use or stay at either place again and will be reporting both for freud

„Other than the dampness of carpet/ our stay was fine.“
+The location, friendliness of staff, convenience and food value.
−Our room had a damp- musty smell from Water. The floors were damp/ and no bathroom vent fan caused the steam cause more dampness.

„One word disappointed.“
+Didn't eat breakfast thete..
−They never cleaned my room from the first night I stayed. When I left at 7:50 a.m. and came back around 1:00 p.m. my room wasn't cleaned. The night I checked in they tried to give my brother and his wife's my room that they already put me in. The next day I was watching TV and the someone tried opening the door. They booked my room again. Then when I tried to check out they had me in the wrong room. For the amount of money they charge services should be a lot better.

„A place to lay your head, nothing special. Beds were AWFUL.“
+Ease of location
−AC broken in the first room, bugs in the room. Also house keeper was very rude about the AC when we told her initially. Beds were like sleeping on rocks. 0/10 beds.

+The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.
−Pool was dirty and never got cleaned. Even after complaining about the film that was sitting on top of the water in the pool. The elevator was out for a day so we had to use the stairs.3rd floor.
