−We had made the reservation based on a hotel with a pool. The website said one was available. When we arrived it was down for updating.

„I had a busy wedding weekend, so it was so relaxing to end my day here.“
+The hot breakfast was okay. But there was a nice variety of other things: yogurts, breads, fruits etc. The coffee was excellent! I had a lot of their coffee during my stay.

„Decent hotel facilities, great staff“
+The hotel was clean and the staff were lovely
−There were various issues with the facilities which we dealt with during our stay-heavy frost in fridge/freezer, loose toilet seat, stuck bathroom door, bad views. We moved rooms and some issues resolved but had new issues.

„not staying back here anymore“
+I love the location of this hotel,it’s very convenient, especially being close to a gas station. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and the unprofessional management were a major disappointment. When we first checked into our room, it was not properly cleaned. There were wrappers on the floor, the toilet looked like it had just been used, and there wasn’t even any soap provided. What made the experience worse was our interaction with the Manager, Jessica. I felt that she showed very little empathy or understanding toward our needs as guests. The way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Unfortunately, because of both the cleanliness issues and the management experience, I would not stay at this hotel again.

„Won’t stay there again.“
−Bathtub was slippery. Needs something. Too dangerous for me to take a shower. Noise from room above and next door. Not enough handicap parking.

„Never gonna stay here again“
+Very Disappointing Experience at Hampton Inn Marshall We stayed at Hampton Inn Marshall, Michigan for about two weeks for work, and unfortunately, this was one of our most disappointing Hilton experiences. The biggest concerns were the room cleanliness and the unprofessional way our concerns were handled by management. When we first checked in, there was a centipede on the floor, residue/debris around the toilet, and gummy bears and a candy wrapper left on the bed. We chose not to make a major issue of it and continued our stay. Later, when we had an issue with extending our reservation, we spoke with Jessica, the General Manager. We felt that the communication was confusing and that our concerns were not handled professionally. When we tried to explain what had happened, we were repeatedly interrupted and felt dismissed rather than listened to. What was especially disappointing was being told that our room needed to be “deep cleaned” after we decided to leave, which made us feel as though we had somehow left the room in poor condition. We had actually been very respectful of the room throughout our stay. We are Hilton Diamond members, but our concern is not about receiving special
