−They ran out of ice .. never had any during our stay . And the bed mattress was terrible ! Sloped to the middle .. very soft . Hard to sleep on that bed !

„Would not stay here again if ever!“
+Did not have breakfast. Breakfast areas were clean
−Pool was closed because of algae bloom, which obviously had been algae presence for quite some time. Maintenance had not been performed in recently. No staff at desk. Had to call out for help. Bathtub spout was poorly installed. Top of toilet tank was ill-fitted and just balancing. All the ice machines on all three floors were not functioning.

„Check-in was disappointing, but everything afterward was amazing!“
+I liked everything about the hotel it has a beautiful set up.
−What I didn’t like was that when we arrived, we had to wait about an hour after check-in because our rooms were not ready. There were about four other families waiting in the lobby for their rooms as well. After traveling and arriving at the hotel, it was frustrating to have to wait that long before we could get settled into our room.

+Staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful. We knew going into the booking that we wouldn't have been able to check in as early as were getting into town, but staff was kind and helpful in holding all of our baggage so we didn't have to worry about it upon our return later that evening.

„It was a nice quick stay and our room was clean and food was good.“
+The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when my husband had to get some cold medicine for me.
−Got to breakfast and all the hot food were gone as well as the muffins. We and some people had to wait to have eggs, bacon, and potatoes. They need more staff to replenish the food regularly, especially for weekend traffic.

„Disappointing experience due to poor staffing and lack of organization.“
+On a positive note, the location of the hotel is excellent, and the rooms themselves were clean with comfortable beds. The housekeeping staff clearly does a good job, but management is leaving the property severely understaffed and disorganized. I would hesitate to stay here again until they resolve their front-desk operations.
−Disappointing experience due to poor staffing and lack of organization. I requested an early check-in for 2:00 PM and called twice before arrival to confirm. Two separate staff members assured me it would not be a problem. However, when I arrived, no rooms were clean or available. I had to wait until 3:25 PM,well past the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, before my room was finally ready. The lobby was filled with other frustrated guests experiencing the exact same delay.

„We won’t stay at this Hampton in the future.“
+Location, breakfast
−Our room. Original room keys would not work after 3 different key attempts. We were put in an overflow room on first floor that look like the room was a staging room for all the extra furniture. Bathroom was not clean, sand in the tub and the sinks and tub backed up. The air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area was not working a was very warm; it was cooler outside. We’ve never had a poor experience with a Hampton but this has made us reconsider our choice for next time. I will say the staff that assisted us was exemplary in how he handled the situation.
